I ask to obtain a copy of the following, which I understand to be held by your agency:
-Any materials and correspondence between Hims, Inc. and the North Dakota Department of Health.
-Any materials and correspondence between Bailey Health. and the North Dakota Department of Health.
-Any materials and correspondence between Roman Health and the North Dakota Department of Health.
-Any materials and correspondence between Roman Medical and the North Dakota Department of Health.
-Any transcriptions of minutes from phone calls or in-person meetings between the North Dakota Department of Health and any of the above named companies (Hims, Bailey Health, Roman Health or Roman Medical).
-Any additional records pertaining to meetings or correspondence between the North Dakota Department of Health or any of its employees and any of the above named companies (Hims, Bailey Health, Roman Health or Roman Medical).
- Any briefing notes prepared for North Dakota Department of Health officials concerning the above companies (Hims, Bailey Health, Roman Health or Roman Medical).
If you determine that some but not all of the information is exempt from disclosure and that you intend to withhold it, I ask that you redact it for the time being and make the rest available as requested.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Greetings, Gerrit – In order to run an IT request for correspondence between the NDDoH and the below entities, It would be simple if I had their email domains (baileyhealth.com – for example). Would you have those? Otherwise, we’re going to have to ask our staff to manually search which would require a fee based on the time we would cumulatively spend on the request. With the domains, it’s an easy search. Let me know what questions you have! Thank you!
