Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting all communications and documents relating to Well Fargo's sponsorship of the Poole College of Management's Executive Leadership Series and any other potential funding arrangements between Wells Fargo and the N.C. State University Foundation. Because the foundation is a private entity, I am requesting all communications between the foundation and N.C. State University regarding the Wells Fargo sponsorship, and all gift agreements, memoranda of understanding or any other formal documents outlining funding arrangements between the foundation and the university regarding Wells Fargo-sponsored events, programs, professorships or any other kind of sponsorship.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
