A copy of the application for executive clemency and any supplemental materials submitted on behalf of Charles McNeair (DOB: 12/13/1962) to the Governor's Clemency Office or Juvenile Sentencing Review Board
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
