All case files, related to complaints filed under North Carolina Occupational Safety and Health Act, on behalf of tobacco farmworkers that include the word "nicotine poisoning," spanning from July 1st 2020-September 1st 2020, July 1st 2021-September 1st 2021, and July 1st 2022 - Present.
This will be published by the national outlet Civil Eats with funded from Berkeley Journalism School.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
