Jason Trunco Banned from Niles Park District Property

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

Recently the Journal & Topics published a piece on October 13, 2023, with the title: "'I’m Sorry For My Actions’: Niles Library Trustee Indefinitely Banned From Park District Property"* describing a pattern of problematic behavior of Jason Trunco who currently sits on the Niles-Maine District Library board as a trustee.

We are seeking all documents regarding warnings and bans against Jason Trunco from Niles Park District property including but not limited to:

- Emails to/from Niles Park District Director Tom Elenz
- Texts, voicemails, and communications to/from Jason Trunco
- Complaints filed against Jason Trunco
