Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:
A log of all requests for agency records under the Freedom of Information Law received over the past three years, or as far back as such records are maintained.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Good Morning:
I have an answer to your FOIL requests.
For the one asking for a copy of the current list by subject matter, there
is no such list.
For the one about a copy of the rules, regulations & policies for access
to agency records, we refer to the
Public Officers Law @ http://www/dos.state.ny.us/coog/coogwww.html
For the one asking for a log of all requests for agency records I have for
the last 2 years. It is 36 pages @ $.25 per page for a total of $9.00.
This can be paid for with a Company Check, payable to the City Clerk.
The check can be mailed to: City Clerk, 746 Main Street, Niagara Falls,
NY 14301
As soon as I receive this, I will mail you the response.
