Hello,
We keep received a FOIL request at our location here in the Town of Newburgh from Colin Kinniburgh.
The address he keeps listing on the FOIL is 55 Broadway, Newburgh, NY 12550, which is located in the City of Newburgh (this is the address for the Police Department). The Town and City operate as two different municipalities, therefore we will not be able to respond to his request.
He can use the form attached to submit a FOIL request to the City of Newburgh (located at 83 Broadway, Newburgh, NY).
Thank you,
Tiffany Ray
Deputy Town Clerk - Town of Newburgh

Hello,
We received another request from MuckRock for the Newburgh Police Department located at 83 Broadway, Newburgh, NY, which is housed in the City of Newburgh.
We are the Town of Newburgh, and are unable to answer this request because we operate as two different municipalities.
Please correct the fax number on your FOIL requests so they are sent directly to the City of Newburgh. We are unable to forward your requests.
Please be advised, since we have now responded twice to the same inquiry, any further requests from Muckrock addressed to the City of Newburgh, but faxed to the Town of Newburgh, will be discarded and no response will be sent.
Thank you.
