Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
Up to date org charts of the SCA, including all sub-offices and departments.
The FOIL logs for the last 5 years.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Must I threaten legal action to get a FOIL request acknowledged by SCA? I am emailing the inspector general account because I have no clue who else to reach out to.

Nearly a week after mentioning the threat of legal action, I still have not received a response. I will assume some people are off for the holidays, but will be frustrated if I still do not receive a response after the New Year.

You had previously indicated that it would be completed on March 8, 2024. I wanted to check on the status of my request, and to see if there was a new estimated completion date.
