Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
- Syringe collection totals by months for all parks and playgrounds in the city, in 2020 and 2021
For the avoidance of doubt, I am looking for the report previously released by the parks department, pursuant to a previous FOIL request, but for the years 2020 and 2021: https://www.muckrock.com/foi/new-york-city-17/columbia-journalism-student-inquire-about-syringe-disposal-kiosks-department-of-parks-recreation-86545/#file-955157
If possible, please provide the data in Excel form.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
