Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:
Copies of contracts with Palantir Technologies (New York City office: 15 Little W 12th St, New York, NY 10014) and related services over the past 5 years. If retrieving the contracts themselves is too burdensome please provide a list of contracts. Please note this is not a keyword search. Palantir Technologies is a contracting entity with DCAS.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

In response to your Freedom of Information Law request, copied below, we have identified four contracts entered into between the City of New York and Palantir Technologies during the past five years, as follows:
CT1 857 20125401531 - a contract dated December 21, 2011 in the amount of $1,200,000.000 for Palantir Perpetual Server Core Licenses.
CT1 857 20135403092 - a contract dated June 4, 2013 in the amount of $150,000.00 for Palantir Perpetual Server Core Licenses.
CT1 857 20135403392 - a contract dated June 27, 2013 in the amount of $236,905.87 for Palantir Software Perpetual Server Licenses
CT1 857 20145403047 - a contract dated May 30, 2014 in the amount of $907,412.80 for Palantir Gotham Software Licenses.
The contract documents for the above four contracts total approximately 350 pages, and the fee for photocopying of documents is $0.25 per page.
If you are interested in receiving copies of the contracts, please advise and I will provide you with an exact page count.

As there is a statutory fee of $0.25 per page for photocopying of documents, please remit payment to this office in the amount of $72.00, payable to The City of New York. Payment may be made by money order, bank check, or corporate or law firm check.
