Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
Up to date org charts, including for staff below the top level of executives.
For example, the current publicly available org chart (seen here: https://www.schools.nyc.gov/docs/default-source/default-document-library/central-org-structure-accessible.pdf) lists First Deputy Chancellor
Daniel Weisberg is in charge of 11 sub offices, and I'm requesting org charts for all 11. Similarly, for all the other 6 sub offices, along with the chief of staff's office, the school construction authority, and the fund for public schools.
This is a fairly simple request, it should not take the full sixty days to fulfill it.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
