Operating agreement and related agreements approved August 8, 2023

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

All documentation of New York City Ferry-related agreements referred to and approved at the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of New York City Economic Development Corporation of August 8, 2023. Upon information and belief, these documents are assigned a Project Code # 6154.

These agreements include an "Operating Agreement" and "Ancillary Agreements" as described in Draft Minutes (under "NYC Ferry Service Operator" in LDCMT-26-13424 and in "Exhibit A" LDCMT-26-13402). Please provide the full text of the agreements and all associated documents of the project, including (for example and not exclusively): the barebones charter; permits; leases; fees schedules; adjustments; expense and revenue accounting forms; reimbursement; staffing; and documentation concerning revenue-generating activities.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
