Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:
Please provide a copy of your most recent "Records Retention and Disposition Schedule". If there are any previous versions of this schedule available, anything for the time period 1990-2016, please include copies of those files too.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. Please be advised that this request is being filed electronically through the website MuckRock.com and will be immediately available to the general public.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
