To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

Any audio or audio/video recording former mayor Michael Bloomberg's speech to students of the United States Military Academy in November of 2013.

He spoke to the Academy's firsties (seniors) in Robinson Hall.

Records requested include recordings of both his remarks, and the subsequent question and answer session with cadets.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Conor Skelding

Mr. Skelding,
As I wrote in my message dated January 2, I mailed the disk that day to the address you provided. You should have received it by now.

Mr. Skelding,
Adding to my earlier message, the disk was mailed in a large (9 x 12) size white mailer that we usually use for photographs. I did not put your name on the package, just the mailing address you supplied: MuckRock News
DEPT MR 13564, PO Box 55819, Boston, MA 02205-5819. It should be in your office somewhere; hopefully you can find it.
