Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

electronic correspondence (including, but not limited to, e-mails) produced, received or disseminated by the current Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance that refers to, mentions or discusses: "LinkNYC," "CityBridge," "Public Wi-fi" or referring to the public Wi-Fi that will be installed in pay phones around the city.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. I am a journalist who has written for Gothamist, The Nation and Vice Magazine. This information is being sought on behalf of the media for dissemination to the general public. I, therefore, ask that you provide expedited processing and please waive any applicable fees. Release of the information is in the public interest because it will contribute significantly to public understanding of government operations and activities.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
