Re: Appeal a constructive denial of access due to the NYPD's failure to comply with the time limits for response required by §89(3)(a).
Dear Mr. Mazur,
I requested a copy of my records under FOIL by email made on 03/10/2017. I have not received any answer nor any acknowledgment to my FOIL request within the time limits for response as described in §89(3)(a), which corresponds to a constructive denial of access to my records. I appeal the constructive denial of access to my records by the NYPD.
If the records are denied on appeal, please explain the reasons for the denial as required by law.
Sincerely,
Lydia Warr
