Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

In January 2016, the city of New York reached a settlement modifying the Handschu Guidelines to create an 11 member "Handschu Committee". I request the following documents related to the Handschu Committee.

All proposed, amended and approved Handschu Guidelines
All documents outlining the selection of candidates, obligations, operations, guidelines, goals, procedures and policies of the Handschu Committee
All inquiries, reports, and findings generated by the Handschu Committee in its role as monitor for NYPD political and religious activity investigations
All submissions for access to Investigation Statements made by the Committee regarding investigation authorization or extension requests made by NYPD
All Committee guideline violations reported to Police Commissioner James P. O'Neill by the Committee

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
