From: Brianna Cluck

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

All complaints submitted to the department from 2020 to 2024 containing the terms "Goose", "goose", "Geese", or "geese"

If this request is too broad, a fulfillment of only complaints about aggressive geese will also suffice.

This is in the public interest, as New York lays claim to a population of 200,000 geese (https://dec.ny.gov/nature/animals-fish-plants/canada-goose), and geese are commonly described as annoying, aggressive or loud, resulting in interesting complaints about them.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Brianna Cluck
