All official reports, requests (including service requests), and other documentation related to all Department of Homeless Services cleanups at or around the intersection of Forsyth Street and Canal Street in Manhattan between June 15, 2022 and the present.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I write in response to your Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) request below, emailed July 24, 2022, seeking:

All official reports, requests (including service requests), and other documentation related to all Department of Homeless Services cleanups at or around the intersection of Forsyth Street and Canal Street in Manhattan between June 15, 2022 and the present.

Before a determination can be rendered, further review is necessary to locate records, and assess the potential applicability of exemptions. Please be advised that this office receives numerous requests per month, which causes delays in our ability to respond to each request. Nonetheless, we estimate that we will be able to respond to your request within 90 days of this email.
