FOIL emails of Michael Arena

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

Any and all correspondence, written or electronic, dated between June 15 2013 and November 15 2013, between any staff member of the Office of Communications and Marketing of the City University of New York, including Michael Arena, and any and all Records Access Officers employed by CUNY, including Dave Fields, Fatima I. Ali, Robert E. Diaz, Karla Renee Williams, Pamela Pollack, Paul F. Occhiogrosso, Kathleen Galvez, Matthew Schoengood, Amy Dunkin, Meredith Gibbs, Brian Peterson, Lisa Hochstadt, Glenda Grace, Joan Antonicelli, Julie Block, Jemma Robain LaCaille, Mary T. Rogan, Diane Phillips, Gary Johnson, Gilen Chan, Meryl Kaynard, Lois Florman, and Olga Dais. The records requested include any correspondence explaining or pertaining to procedures for notifying the Office of Communications and Marketing of Freedom of Information Law requests submitted by particular individuals or concerning particular subjects.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
