All records of meetings with Jamestown Realty or its employees: Matt Bronfman, Chelsea Biele, William Jeffrey Beckham, David Himmel, Sherri White, Michael Phillips, John Wilson, Alane Kuper, Adam Sussi, Amy Knopf, Cristal Rivera, Andrew Kimball, Alix Rice, Olushegun Holder, Joseph Benjamin Gainey Jr.
All records produced from any of the above meetings, including but not limited to: meeting notes, reports, policy recommendations
I am a member of the news media, a staff reporter at Newsweek Media Group's International Business Times. The requested documents will be made available to the general public in the course of reporting. This request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Pursuant to Subdivision 3 of Section 89 of the Freedom of Information Law and Section 5 (d) of the Uniform Rules and Regulations for All City Agencies Pertaining to the Administration of the Freedom of Information Law, a determination of whether your request will be granted in whole or in part shall be made within sixty (60) business days. You will be advised of such determination as soon as it has been made.
We would like to take this opportunity to encourage you to use the Request Form<http://www1.nyc.gov/site/planning/about/foil.page> on DCP's website (http://www1.nyc.gov/site/planning/about/foil.page) to submit future FOIL requests to DCP. Use of this form enables us to process your request more efficiently than direct emails to the Records Access Officer.
As a reminder, we urge you to be as specific as possible in your requests in terms of dates, subject matter, and nature of records sought. Broadly worded requests for "any" or "all" records related to a particular subject matter have the potential to implicate hundreds if not thousands of records, including emails, and increase the time needed for DCP to search for and collect all responsive records.
