Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:
All records of communication mentioning Ramarley Graham, the Ramarley Graham case, Constance Malcolm, or Franclot Graham.
Please exclude from this request: NYPD protest spreadsheets, press clip emails, TV news summary emails.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Under §87(2) (b) agencies can withhold information where the release of the information would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. Additionally, under §87(2)(g) agencies can withhold inter-agency or intra-agency records that are not (i) statistical or factual tabulations or data, (ii) instructions to the staff that affect the public, (iii) final agency policy or determinations, (iv) external audits, including, but not limited to audits performed by the comptroller and the federal government.
