Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:
(a) a copy of the .csv file that is produced by visiting https://analytics.twitter.com/user/nygovcuomo/tweets and clicking “Export data” when logged-in to the @NYGovCuomo Twitter account. For your convenience, using my own Twitter account as a demo, I have attached a .png file (“FOIL ex A”) of the correct button to click to obtain this file.
(b) a copy of the “Audience insights” page within the Twitter Analytics of @NYGovCuomo.
(c) A list of Twitter accounts that have been blocked by the @NYGovCuomo Twitter account. In other words, the accounts listed on the page https://twitter.com/settings/blocked when logged-in to @NYGovCuomo
(d) A list of Twitter accounts that have been muted by the @NYGovCuomo Twitter account. In other words, the accounts listed on the page https://twitter.com/settings/muted_following when logged-in to @NYGovCuomo.
(e) A list of words @NYGovCuomo has muted on Twitter. In other words, the words listed on the page https://twitter.com/settings/muted_keywords when logged-in to @NYGovCuomo.
(f) A copy of the “Email notifications” page (https://twitter.com/settings/notifications) of @NYGovCuomo.
(g) A copy of the “Mobile” page (https://twitter.com/settings/devices) of @NYGovCuomo.
(h) A copy of the “Notifications” page (https://twitter.com/settings/notifications_timeline) of @NYGovCuomo.
(i) A copy of the “Edit access to account” page within Twitter Analytics, which can be accessed from https://analytics.twitter.com/user/nygovcuomo/home by clicking on the user’s name toward the upper right corner of the screen and clicking “Edit access to account” in the dropdown menu. For your convenience, using my own Twitter account as a demo, I have attached a .png file (“FOIL ex I”) showing this.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
