Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:
- a copy of the report prepared by the State University of New York and the SUNY Research Foundation ("Report") that states, in part, "Buffalo State College used the Research Foundation to run/administer tuition based student programs unrelated to normal Research Foundation activities or responsibilities and in violation of State Education Law and SUNY policies," according to a March 31, 2016 letter from Inspector General Catherine Leahy Scott to SUNY Buffalo President Katherine S. Conway-Turner ("Leahy Letter"). To assist your search for this Report, I have attached a copy of the Leahy Letter.
To expedite release of the Report, I consent to the redaction of the names and any personally identifying details of International Graduate Programs for Educators personnel identified therein.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
