The scope of materials to include are all materials from the initial application to present where they fit into the SLA's FOIL Subject Matter List categories:

+ Enforcement
+ Counsel’s Office
+ Public Information
+ Hearing Bureau
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am contacting you regarding my FOIL request sent to your office February 6. This was a request for covered material on 3 SLA licensees, Serial Numbers 1027037, 1027039, and 1205362.
I have not received any actual status update on this request (there is no number assigned or anything), other than automated responses deferring a status update by 20 business days, and by now the initial request is several weeks past the first deferral.
I hereby request an actual review of the request and update as to its status.
