Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

SUNY Rockland Community College's application to the Commission on Presidential Debates to host one of 2016's four general election debates.

Requested records include all documents or files, digital or otherwise, attached to or enclosed with the application.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mr. Skelding: I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your request for
records under the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) dated April
6, 2015. A copy of your request is attached.

In accordance with FOIL, I will advise you within ten (10) business days if
Rockland Community College maintains any records that are responsive to
your request and whether Rockland Community College will make the records
available to you, deny you access to any such records or furnish you with a
statement of the approximate date on which the request will be granted or
denied.

Please note you may appeal any of the responses provided to you. An Appeal
can be made within seven (7) business days by writing to the County of
Rockland's Records Access Officer. The address is as follow; Office of
