Division of Licensing Services materials for EMERALD SOLUTIONS LLC, holder of a Watch, Guard and Patrol Agency license with ID number 11000126753.
This request includes all covered Subject Matter involving the above mentioned licensee, especially (but not exclusively):
• Licensee Files, may include: copies of original and renewal application forms, investigation reports and determinations.
• Licensee Investigations, including: original request for applicant investigation or complaint registered against a licensee; investigation report.
• Hearing Files and Determinations, including; copies of hearing notices, transcripts, determinations.
• General Correspondence
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

State agencies are required by FOIL and the Personal Privacy Protection Law (Public Officers Law §§ 87[2][b], 89[2], and 96[1]) to redact the personal identifying information from these records that, if disclosed, could constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. Accordingly, the personal home addresses, government identification numbers, and bank account numbers have been redacted where they appeared in these records.
Additionally, certain records that respond to your request are exempt because they are "inter-agency or intra-agency materials which are not: statistical or factual tabulations or data; instructions to staff that affect the public; final agency policy or determinations; or external audits . . .." Public Officers Law § 87(2)(g).
Pursuant to Public Officers Law § 89(4)(a), you have thirty (30) days to take a written appeal of this determination.
