To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

Materials and bids received and provided in regards to Request for Information (RFI), RFI-16-63. Please include:
- all expressions of interest
- all proposals
- all questions and subsequent answers
- all materials provided to respondents
- all materials related to the discussion and selection process, if available

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
