Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the completed FS-10 form FS10_Updated Budget_ARP.pdf
A copy of the completed Budget_Narrative_ARP.pdf
Details on how the $868,057 was spent in practice as requested in the Arp-Esser Part 2 application for:
20 - Other activities that are necessary to maintain the operation of and continuity of services in the LEA and continuing to employ existing staff of the LEA.
45 - Supplies and Materials
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

It appears that GEER_-_FS10.pdf and FS10_Budget_CRRSA-GEER.pdf may be duplicates. Can you confirm?
FS10_Budget_CRRSA-GEER.pdf is also not signed, is that because it is a duplicate and GEER_-_FS10.pdf was the updated and submitted document?
Can you confirm the application and money was only received once?
