Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
I am writing to request records about advertising that the New York lottery runs. As a point of reference, according to New York State, McCann Erickson has a contract with the New York State Gaming Commission, for "Media Planning & Buying services for traditional NYS Lottery products", as described here: https://wwe2.osc.state.ny.us/transparency/contracts/contracttransactions.cfm?Contract=GAM01-C140009-1410000
Please provide any documents, between January 1, 2020 and December 15, 2021, including but not limited to:
- Presentations given by McCann Erickson, related to advertisements, which mention Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Ads, Snapchat, or TikTok
- Emails to/from McCann Erickson, which mention Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Ads, Snapchat, or TikTok
- Reports from McCann Erickson related to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Ads, Snapchat, or TikTok, including reports that mention impressions, clicks, and conversions on digital platforms.
I would be happy to accept any documents on a rolling basis, if that would be easier.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
