Hi there,
I received your letter today, and it stated that there was a "one page spreadsheet depicting the allocation needed for ION scanners and equipment purchases that you will find enclosed." Unfortunately, that spreadsheet was not included in the envelope. Would it be possible for your office to please resend it via email or regular mail, if necessary?
Thanks so much for your help,
Beryl

Hi Kim,
Thank you so much for this. Do you mind clarifying what this spreadsheet is indicating? Does this indicate that the scanners were purchased and are associated with the purchase order numbers on the sheet, or was this simply an allocation proposal/suggestion for equipment that was never purchased?
I really appreciate any clarification you can give; it will help structure my future requests appropriately.
Have a lovely evening,
Beryl

Good morning Mr. Lipton:
I have been advised that the scanners on the spreadsheet were purchased and each is associated with the purchase order number on that sheet.
