To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

Documents pertaining to the practice of "ticket holds" and other presale information pertaining to concerts in 2016 at the Nikon at Jones Beach concert venue. All agreements, correspondence, and seat maps displaying ticket holds at the venue for the 2016 concert season. Ticket holds are referenced in the 2016 New York Attorney General report here: http://www.ag.ny.gov/pdfs/Ticket_Sales_Report.pdf. I would like documents that explain how many tickets actually went on sale to the general public at concerts at this venue.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. It will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE's science and tech site (www.motherboard.vice.com).

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Jason Koebler
