Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
complaint forms submitted to ig@nycourts.gov in 2022 and 2023, and statistical or factual tabulations of the number and nature of those complaints.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The Office of Court Administration acknowledges receipt of your FOIL request dated 7/28/23, seeking:
complaint forms submitted to ig@nycourts.gov<mailto:ig@nycourts.gov> in 2022 and 2023, and statistical or factual tabulations of the number and nature of those complaints.
Please be advised that such complaints are exempt from disclosure pursuant to Public Officers Law § 87(2)(b) because, if disclosed, would “constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.” Therefore your request is denied.
Additionally, please note there are no statistical or factual tabulations of the number and nature of the complaints received specifically by e-mail, however as a courtesy please find the most recently completed workload analysis attached.
Pursuant to Public Officers Law § 89(4)(a), you have thirty (30) days to take a written appeal of this determination. You may appeal by writing:
