Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

Documents sufficient to show all internal training materials, manuals, policies, rules, regulations, and other forms detailing the Department's systems, processes, and protocols for internal procurement. Please be sure to include documents sufficient to show how the Department acquires "freemium" tools or free products.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Additional Information:

Public Officer's Law Section 89(3)(a) states that where a determination cannot be made within twenty days, the agency may provide a date certain within a reasonable period, depending on the circumstances, by which a determination will be made. According to FOIL, circumstances for determining a reasonable period include available staffing and complexity of pending FOIL requests. Based on other complicated FOIL requests currently being handled and staffing changes, ACS needs additional time to complete this request. ACS anticipates responding on or about January 31, 2024.
