Dear Sam Mellins:
The NYS Workers’ Compensation Board received a FOIL request from you on June 1, 2023. Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Law, you seek production of "Contract C140292 between the Workers' Compensation Board and Hinman Straub."
I have identified records that are responsive to your request, which have been uploaded to Gov QA for your review. These records have been redacted in order to remove information that (a) is not responsive to your request, and (b) would result in substantial competitive harm to Hinman Straub as contemplated under the Trade Secrets exemption set forth in Public Officers Law (POL) § 87(2)(d).
