Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
Any statements of financial disclosure -- including but in no way limited to supporting documentation, such as exhibits; notices of delinquency; notices of civil assessments; terms of settlements of complaints or referrals that include a fine, penalty, or other remedy; records required to be made publicly available under the Lobbying Act; and Substantial Basis Investigation Reports issued by the Commission on Ethics -- filed between 2010 and 2015 for the following individuals:
- BobyJoe Fosmire, Department of Corrections and Community Supervision
- Catherine Martuscello, Department of Corrections and Community Supervision
Any statements of financial disclosure -- including but in no way limited to supporting documentation, such as exhibits; notices of delinquency; notices of civil assessments; terms of settlements of complaints or referrals that include a fine, penalty, or other remedy; records required to be made publicly available under the Lobbying Act; and Substantial Basis Investigation Reports issued by the Commission on Ethics -- for the following individuals, filed during the entirety of their civil service:

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Portions of the documents are redacted as it contains information which if disclosed would constitute an unwarranted invasion into the individual’s personal privacy and is therefore exempt from disclosure pursuant to Public Officers Law Article 6 Section 87(2)(b).
