Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. Emails sent to and from the email address str@nola.gov from August 1st, 2020 to the present containing the keywords “dorm,” “student housing,” “Tulane University,” and “doubles to dorms”
2. Emails to and from ttjackson@nola.gov with previous keywords (“dorm,” “student housing,” “Tulane University,” and “doubles to dorms”) and names of top developers: “John Hamide” and “Preston Tedesco.”
3. Emails to and from the addresses str@nola.gov and ttjackson@nola.gov including complaints, reports, and memoranda about dormitories and the housing crisis in New Orleans.
4. Emails to and from the addresses str@nola.gov and ttjackson@nola.gov mentioning “Maple Area Residents.”

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
