My name is Sara McLeod and I am a student at Tulane University conducting research. As per the Freedom of Information Act, I request to inspect the following records:

All 911 call-taker notes and audio recordings from February 21st, 2023 originating from Bourbon Street.
All 911 call-taker notes and audio recordings from February 28th, 2023 originating from Bourbon Street.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public. This request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Should fees ensue, I would be thankful if you could inform me of the charges prior to fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically by email attachment, or CD-ROM if email is not available.

I thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation. As per the statute, I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days.
