Pursuant to the Louisiana Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

A log of public records requests submitted to the Mayor's Office regarding the issue of the air quality in New Orleans with a list that has the dates of request, the requester's name, the requester's organizational affiliation, a description of the request specifically to air pollution issues in New Orleans, the dates the request was filled, and the statuses of their process (requests made from 2019-2023).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com and is made in the process of academic research and not for commercial usage.

If fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
