Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, I hereby request the following documents:
All communications, contracts, memorandums and supporting documents between the Department and Marble Arch Partners LLC or the Center for Innovation, Testing & Evaluation (aka CITE or Cite Labs).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Mr. Harris: I don't think we have anything on this company, but I found this on line: http://www.cite-city.com/Facility/Main/CITE_Design.html There's a link that includes a press release, but the company never submitted anything to our agency. However, just to be sure, I will continue to check and we will furnish anything we have.
