Pursuant to Open Public Records Act ("OPRA"), I hereby request the following records:

I hereby request copies of all emails exchanged between specific employees of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority and Richard Mroz that reference Donald Trump. The specific employees this request covers are: John Palmieri, Susan Thompson, Paul Weiss, Val Berzins, Kim Butler, Thomas Meehan III and Donald Guardian.

Known email addresses for Mr. Mroz include "richard.mroz@verizon.net," "rmroz@archerlaw.com," and "richard.mroz.consultant@verizon.net." Please use "Trump” as a keyword. I am seeking records produced between Apr. 1, 2010 and Nov. 30, 2014.

Please search for responsive records regardless of format. I would prefer to receive copies of requested documents in electronic format via email. If it is your position that any portion of the requested records is exempt from disclosure, I request you provide a Vaughn Index/privilege log of those documents. In the event some portions of the requested records are properly exempt from disclosure, please disclose any non-exempt portions of the requested records. If a request is denied in whole, please state specifically that it is not reasonable to segregate portions of the record for release.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
