Farmland Assessment Data

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Open Public Records Act ("OPRA"), I hereby request the following records:

A database of all people/properties who have received a tax assessment reduction as a result of participating in the Farmland Assessment Act. The database should include fields for, but not limited to: owner's name, owner's address, owner's lot/block number, farm operator's name/address (if not the owner), acreage of the actively devoted land, current year farming activity and value of harvested items, as outlined by the application for farmland assessment.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I request this be filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not. As I understand this database is kept electronically, I would like to receive it in a machine-readable file, such as a csv or Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
