To whom this may concern,
I respectfully appeal these determinations that my request is "improper" or "overbroad", I have submitted mechanically identical requests to federal, state, local, and municipal agencies within New Jersey and other states and they have been able to respond to these basic requests.
In fact, the records I describe are precisely locatable by the information that I have provided. And it is not burdensome to complete a basic text search of emails (something the majority of government staff do on a daily basis).
Therefore, I respectfully appeal the determination. If you disagree, please provide me with case law that supports your questionable interpretation of the law.
