Prison Records Request — Media [Lovelock Correctional Center]

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Original Media Group requests audio or video files of the final ten visits to inmate Orenthal James "O.J." Simpson (born July 9, 1947), a high-profile individual who is of high public interest following the infamous trial People v. Orenthal J. Simpson. Additionally, Original Media kindly requests jail or prison visits and phone calls placed by inmate Simpson from July 1, 2017 until the date of his release. Simpson, a former American football star, was sentenced to 33 years imprisonments in 2008 in connection to a burglary. Parole for inmate Simpson was granted on July 20, 2017.

If more audio than what was initially released exists, we kindly ask for those to be included.

Original Media is a representative of the news media and is primarily engaged in the dissemination of information to the public.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
