Dear Mr. Neef,

Good afternoon. I am sending this email to you in response to the public records request which you submitted to the Nevada Threat Analysis Center on Friday, February 9, 2018. Since receiving your request, the Nevada Threat Analysis Center conducted a comprehensive search as you requested for the "query of string "defcon" in the subject or body fields of all mailboxes and folders, IMAP directories or other subdivisions within all email accounts, between July 15 and August 15, 2017."

As a result of its search, the Nevada Threat Analysis Center located documents which met your public records request, and following a subsequent legal review, is providing to you those documents deemed public records. On Thursday, March 15, 2018, the Nevada Threat Analysis Center mailed these documents to you by way of FedEx to the postal address which you provided to the Nevada Threat Analysis Center in your initial email request. In addition, because the Nevada Department of Public Safety does not charge fees for public records requests until the total cost of a public records request exceeds $25, there will be no charge to you at this time.

At this time, the Nevada Threat Analysis Center has determined that it has no other records pertaining to your request which it can make available for public release. If you have any questions regarding this submission or request, please contact me at the information provided below.
