Pursuant to the Nebraska Public Records Statutes (Neb. Rev. Stat. § 84-712), I hereby request the following records:

Any email sent or received by UNL Police Chief Owen Yardley between the dates of February 1, 2018 and the date on which this request is processed which contains the names "Dan Kleve" and/or "Daniel Kleve."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

3. The University withheld emails and attachments for security reasons based on Neb. Rev. Stat. § 84-712.05(8).
