Pursuant to the Nebraska Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
The following records relating to the Nebraska LETC's contract with Informa:
* The contract and any updates or amendments
* The bid Informa made
* The RFP issued by LETC/NCC or the state on behalf of LETC/NCC
* Any guides, manuals, or other similar records in possession of LETC/NCC containing information about the use of the Informa software
This request is brought by Big Local News along with a collaboration of news organizations, including ABC News, KQED, MuckRock, Invisible Institute and other news organizations. Big Local News is a program of Stanford University’s Journalism and Democracy Initiative and helps journalists collect, process and analyze public data.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 4 business days, as the statute requires.

I created the attached training pdfs to help agency personnel use informa.
