Any and all records that reference "Catapult" and/or "Catapult Sports" and/or "Catapult Video" and/or "Catapult Pro Video" "Catapult Scout" between the dates of Aug. 1, 2023 and the date on which this request is processed. Please include any emails (including attachments), memos, chat service messages, videos, pictures, faxes or anything that could be construed as relevant to the search terms.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hello –
Thanks for your note. I’ve asked our staff to assess costs based on your below search limited to Athletics and General Counsel. Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 84-712(3)(f), the custodian of public records in Nebraska may require the requester of copies of public records to furnish a deposit prior to fulfilling a records request, if it is anticipated that the costs of providing copies of public records will exceed $50.00 and require more than four hours to complete response efforts. The University is entitled to charge for staff time spent searching for, identifying, redacting, and copying records.
We estimate the total cost of response would be $1680.00. Please note that any records identified in the foregoing search effort will need to be reviewed for responsiveness and to ensure that confidential or privileged information is not released contrary to state or federal law. As such, the University is not making any guarantee, at this point, that any specific materials can and will be provided to you in response to your request.
After review of the above, let me know if you would like to modify your request. Otherwise, you will need to provide payment, in full, of the cost deposit in the amount of $1680.00 prior to the University’s additional review of your request. Please send a check payable to the University of Nebraska for the cost deposit and mail the check to my attention at the address listed below:
