Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All contracts, licenses, MOUs, MOAs, data agreements, letters of intent, State of Work documents, Scope of Work documents, and other agreement documents between the Davidson County Sheriff's Office and LexisNexis or any of the company's subsidiaries.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

The Davidson County Sheriff's Office does not maintain records of this type. The Lexis Nexus contract is Metro wide and you may obtain the copies through the Metropolitan Clerk of Davidson County.

Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. 10-7-503 et seq, this email will satisfy the explanation of the denial of the record request.

I will not be responding further to this request. As I indicated earlier, I recommend you contact the Metropolitan Clerk for copies of the contract between Metro government and Lexis Nexus.
