Good morning, Mr. Hoover,

After an initial review of your request, I have put together an estimate of the costs required to provide electronic copies of these records. Please see below a breakdown of the cost:

This request will require approximately three (3) hours of my time, which will consist of pulling and sorting through files, saving the files to a separate folder, and redacting any files as required by applicable law. My hourly rate is $65.64. According to our Policy, one (1) hour of my is waived. Accordingly, a payment of $131.28 will be required to obtain these records.

Mr. Hoover,

We have almost completed processing your request. I wanted to point out one issue. When we did an initial pull of the records, instead of emails between 1/13/2021 and 9/30/2023 being pulled, emails between 9/13/2021 and 9/30/2023 were pulled. So, about eight (8) months of additional emails were not part of the estimate I initially created.

I can send over the emails between 9/13/2021 and 9/30/2023. However, if you would like the emails between 1/13/2021 and 9/13/2021, there will be an additional payment that is required. It will likely take an additional three (3) hours to process this portion of the request. Accordingly, another payment of $196.92 will be required to move forward with obtaining the records between 1/13/2021 and 9/13/2021. I should be able to send over the emails between 9/13/2021 to 9/30/2023 tomorrow since you have already paid the labor costs associated with those.

I apologize for this error. If you would like to move forward with obtaining the emails from 1/13/2021 to 9/13/2021, please let me know, and I can resend the information for payment.
